The French Minister of Culture visits the Parisian warehouses of the BOVIS Group
The Minister of Culture, Rima Abdul Malak, discovered the expertise of the BOVIS Group during her visit to the Parisian warehouses in Essonne.
Our secure warehouses in the south of Paris received a prestigious guest: the Minister of Culture, Mrs. Rima Abdul Malak, visited the restoration workshops of the works of the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
It is in fact in the Parisian warehouses of the Bovis Group that the paintings of Notre Dame are stored and gradually restored. This restoration work is carried out by several groups of professional restorers and the project management of the DRAC Ile de France.
The Minister was able to meet with Alexandre Bovis, the Managing Director of Bovis Fine Art, who showed her around the premises of nearly 2,000 m² made available for this large-scale project.
For this visit, the Minister was accompanied by an official procession made up of all the actors of this project, several local elected officials and many French and foreign newspapers.
