Since January 1, 2022, new regulations have been applicable to all actors in the hazardous waste chain.
Indeed, Decree No. 2021-321 published in the Official Journal on March 25, 2021, requires the "national traceability registers of waste and excavated soil and sediments" to be completed.
The transmission of information will be made mandatory for all actors involved in hazardous waste management in an exclusively digitised format.

"TrackDéchets" which aims to dematerialize the traceability of hazardous waste.
Producers, transporters, collectors, traders, brokers and treatment operators must now use this service to record the evacuation, collection, transport and treatment of hazardous waste via a digital BSD
