CSR actions of the Bovis Group

The Bovis Group, aware of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), marks its commitment to education and international development on the occasion of the International Day of Education.

Through its CSR actions, the Bovis Group is actively involved in the promotion of education in all its forms:

• With the establishment of an in-house school, the Bovis Group actively supports vocational training, thus recognising the crucial importance of continuous learning in the ever-changing professional world. The group's professional training initiatives aim to equip individuals with the skills needed to excel in their careers and contribute positively to society.

• The Bovis Group also works in the field of international development by providing significant support to educational projects, including the construction of a school in Madagascar. These actions demonstrate the Bovis Group's enduring commitment to social responsibility, illustrating the deep conviction that education is an essential catalyst for progress and common well-being.

Creation of an internal training school

The BOVIS Group is pursuing its policy of excellence by opening an in-house training school in Malesherbes in the Loiret (45) south of Paris.

This school aims to train around 400 people per year, covering all the specific professions of the BOVIS Group. Each training module will allow learners to use the usual materials and tools for each profession but also state-of-the-art equipment, at the cutting edge of technology. Our commitment is clear: to provide our employees with the compétences essentielles nécessaires pour exceller dans leurs métiers respectifs.

In addition to learning our professions, our in-house school will also provide the training necessary to obtain the mandatory regulatory accreditations such as the CACES (Certificate of Aptitude for Safe Driving).

The first two training sessions are scheduled from January 1st to June 30th, 2025 and from September 1st to December 20th, 2025.

At the end of this training, learners will have the opportunity to obtain one of the four diplomas provided, corresponding to the following levels: beginner, apprentice, journeyman, master.

With the creation of an internal school, the BOVIS Group is concretizing its support for the continuous training of its teams and the constant search for excellence.

Construction and financing of a school in Madagascar

The BOVIS Group is expanding its social commitment by inaugurating a school on the island of Nosy Iranja in Madagascar.

This school benefits 80 children, and covers school levels from CP to CM2. It is much more than just a place of learning; It is an open door to education for the children of this community.

We took charge of the construction of this school taking into account the well-being of the children and teachers. To ensure a learning environment, we have installed solar panels to ensure sustainable electricity production, as well as fans to maintain a comfortable atmosphere conducive to concentration. In addition, a well has been dug, ensuring access to water for children and the local population.

Three dedicated teachers are divided between the different classes by level, providing lessons in four essential subjects: mathematics, French, history, geography. The BOVIS Group also contributes to the supply of school supplies such as notebooks, books and pens.

We are passionately investing in the future of these younger generations, stimulating their potential and helping to build a solid foundation for their future.
