Our client located near Lyon (French leader in the manufacture of frozen pastries, Manufacture of 50000 croissants per hour), asked us to set up and handle a sugar silo.

"After discussions with our crane operator, we decided to lift the silo using our two cranes and place it on the ground on its cradles, in a 1st step.

Once the silo was on the ground, we took it in a basket with the boat slings to relieve it slightly from the cradles with the help of our self-propelled crane and the 70t crane of our Crane Arm truck. We slid the silo slightly to rotate it to be in the lifting position.

Once the lifting rings were in the horizontal axis, we were able to lift the silo with two cranes."

The operation went perfectly according to the forecasts of our handling and lifting experts near Lyon, who were able to combine their material and human resources to achieve this complex handling operation in the Lyon region.
