Relocation of industrial presses between Monaco and Peille (06) in the Alpes Maritimes

Preparing for a company move in the industrial sector (06)

Our teams in Nice were recently able to carry out a moving and handling operation in the industrial sector between the Alpes Maritimes and Monaco.

The machine moving service to Monaco involved 2 presses of 11 tons each.

Our company movers, specialized in the industrial sector, first prepared the presses for transport by dismantling and evacuating certain elements to allow the passage of the presses.

A first phase of the move, carried out at night by our teams, consisted of the installation of safety markings in the street concerned in Monaco. Our services having previously carried out the administrative procedures for the closure of the rue du Gabian with the Monegasque authorities.

Our teams of company movers then set up our self-propelled crane, we opened a hopper and installed a lifeline in order to move the machines.

Finally, we have completed the craneing of our mini cranes and handling equipment.

Handling and moving of the presses from Monaco to the Alpes Maritimes

The second phase of the company move to the Alpes Maritimes was carried out during the day. Our handlers first dismantled the peripheries of the presses with the technical assistance of our customer.

The press elements were then packed on pallets, loaded by freight elevator and transferred from Monaco to our premises in Carros (06).

The presses were then coated for transfer. The next evening, our self-propelled crane was used again for the passage of the hopper presses. Our men slinged and craned our mini cranes.

The transfer of the presses to Peille (06) then took place successfully until the unloading and storage of the coated presses according to our customer's wishes.
