Our handling agency Bovis Côte d'Azur located in the Alpes Maritimes was recently asked to carry out an on-site handling operation in a factory near Grasse.

In order to carry out this handling operation, our teams of professional handlers have first of all set up safety markings adapted to the work in progress in compliance with QSE standards.  A crane path adapted to the loads involved during handling was then installed. Handling and lifting operations must be carefully prepared thanks to the expertise of our technicians in order to preserve the integrity of the machines moved and the delivery site.

Our men then proceeded to wedge our latest-generation mini crane in order to secure the area and the equipment during lifting service.

After slinging the old pump and then making it safe, our teams carried out various disconnection and disassembly operations.

The old pump having been removed, our handlers in Nice were able to handle the new machine and install the pump on our customer's premises.

In order to successfully carry out this lifting and handling service, our agency near Nice (06) had mobilized a team of two men and a 19T/m crane.
